Despite its slightness and obvious tricks, it is impossible not to like Jonathan Demmes' "Ricki and the Flash", a family drama with a character at its heart who is not a traditional family type, and watching Meryl Streep as rocker Ricki reunite with her children - far, far too easily after so long, solving mental illness with a rock song - is a dumb pleasure.
