The misleadingly named and marketed Closed Circuit, starring Eric Bana, is a sensible thriller set in London that keeps its story of the "closed trial" of a suspected terrorist bomber punchy enough to sustain suspense for the movie's 90-odd minutes and to prevent the audience from dwelling on the inevitable point later on when the all-powerful mastermind bad-guy organisations start buggering up simple tasks like eliminating the leads.
